Sleep is elusive.
Thoughts teem like mice in my head.
Restless restless night.
This day, half hidden
by fog creeping to my door,
Clouding things to come.
Deep breaths of damp air.
Rain drops tapping on my hood,
Beckon me to play.

I love the misty feeling of this post. My favorite weather (I live in California, where it is dry and warm so much of the time, so rain and mist is welcome!)
